Information meeting organised by the EU-Unit on the 2015 calls for H2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and FRIPRO mobility grant

The H2020 MSCA offer opportunities in the following areas:
1. Research networks (ITN): support for Innovative Training Networks
2. Individual fellowships (IF): support for experienced researchers undertaking mobility between countries, optionally to the non-academic sector
3. International and inter-sectoral cooperation through the Research and Innovation Staff Exchanges (RISE)
4. COFUND of regional, national and international programmes that finance fellowships involving mobility to or from another country
5. The European Researchers’ Night (NIGHT)
The target groups for this meeting are:
1) Post docs and experienced researchers who plan for a stay abroad at a specific university or research organisation
2) Research groups which plan to recruit a foreign post doc or experienced researcher for a research stay in Norway
3) Research groups and non-academic organisations who want to establish joint research training and/or doctoral programmes

10:40 - 11:40 Presentation of MSCA and FRIPRO mobility grant by Research Council Norway National Contact Points, Per Magnus Kommandantvold and Thorbjørn Gilberg (with Q&A included)
11:40 – 12:00 Experiences from UiS researchers on MSCA (Rune Fitjar Professor UiS – School of Economics on ITN; Anders Tranberg Professor UiS - Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences on IF)
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch and possibility to have individual meetings with Per Magnus and Thorbjørn
