International Week at Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences, Finland, 4–8 April 2016

Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences (Mamk) invites faculty, staff and other specialists of partner universities and university colleges to the International Week “Human Rights” on 3 – 8 April 2016.

Preliminary programme of the International Week: “Human Rights in Today’s Health Care Sector”

Guests are invited to give lectures on their own field of speciality or research. In addition to lectures, teaching can be organised in the form of workshops, group work or other methods. Along with teaching, future cooperation possibilities will be explored and discussed (research and development, projects, exchange possibilities, development of pedagogical methods, online courses, etc.).

Participants planning to attend the International Week in Savonlinna are asked to send the registration form and the possible abstract to international coordinator Lea Reponen ( by 31 January 2016.

There is no participation fee for the International Week but the participants are expected to cover the costs of travelling, accommodation and some meals. Erasmus+ teacher or staff exchange support may be available from the sending institution.
