Åpent foredrag fredag 4. november: CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) og innovasjon i små og mellomstore bedrifter


Senter for Innovasjonsforskning inviterer til åpent foredrag i forbindelse med pågående NFR-finansiert samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Handelshøyskolen BI, NTNU og UiS/IRIS: ”CSR as a Strategic Tool for Sustainability Focused Innovation in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises”.

Professor Annik Magerholm Fet (NTNU) vil gi en kort presentasjon av nettverket CSR-Norway, og det nystartede initiativet ”CSR for innovasjon og verdiskaping”.

Professor Atle Midttun (BI) vil presentere foreløpige resultater fra det pågående forskningsprosjektet samt reflektere over hvordan disse resultatene stemmer overens med teori om CSR og innovasjon i små og mellomstore bedrifter.

Det vil bli åpent for spørsmål fra salen.

Atle Midttun is Professor at the Norwegian School of Management, Department of Innovation and Economic Organisation, Co-Director of The Centre for Energy and Environment, and Director of The Centre for Corporate Citizenship, Currently visiting professor at the Stanford University

His research contributions and teaching are within regulation and governance, energy, corporate social responsibility, innovation, strategy and economic organisation. Much of his empirical work has focused on energy and the environmental issues.

Midttun has had visiting professorships at Stanford University, Université Paris Sud, Faculté Jean Monet and the University of Michigan, Business School/School of Natural Resources. He has been a visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, the Max Planck Institut für Gesellschafts¬forscung, Köln, and the University of Aalborg.


Annik Magerholm Fet is a professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where she is an expert in environmental management, systems engineering and life-cycle analysis.

She currently leads multidisciplinary initiatives within NTNU for Global Production and Corporate Social Responsibility. She is also the Director of Education and Research for the Norwegian Systems Engineering Council and holds a position as board member of different organisations. She is a project leader for several national and international industrial projects.
